Le Staffa est confectionné à partir d'un mélange équilibré de cachemire ultrafin et de soie pure luxueuse, qui lui confèrent son éclat liquide et sa finition semi-transparente. Les fils qui le composent sont teints selon nos spécifications uniques (nombre, torsion, nombre de tours par pouce et couleur) et testés pour leur longueur, leur torsion, leur élasticité et leur qualité avant d'être envoyés à la coupe. Conçu pour être porté en toutes saisons, le Staffa est confectionné avec un tissage sergé ouvert et encadré de délicates franges en forme de cils, fabriquées à l'aide de machines spécialisées qui tordent, tirent et coupent les fils de cachemire pour un résultat délicat mais durable.

Care

To maintain the finish of your scarf we would recommend gentle brushing in the direction of the fibre with a clothes brush to ensure minimal fibre disturbance. Only brush in the direction of the fibre. As all our products are made with natural fibres, over time, pilling may occur. The best treatment for this is to use a pilling comb to gently remove any fibre pills. All our products are recommended as dry clean only due to the delicate nature of the fibres. If necessary, spot clean with a clean, damp cloth and blot any excess moisture, but do not rub as this will cause fibre distortion. Finish by pressing with a cool iron over some tissue paper.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 - 4 working days. Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday – Friday) only, not including bank holidays or any other holiday periods specified by us.

Returns

If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your Begg x Co product you can return it to us within 14 days as long as it is unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels, swing tags, etc attached.
